My new Desktop after I re-installed Ubuntu on my Compaq Presario C751NR Laptop.(I never did get my internal wireless card to work, but I am using an external one, so no big deal....)

I've no idea. This summer I went back to home volunteering in the refugee camps where I hardly had any internet access. I thought you guys met a couple of times during the summer. Haven't seen Trent for a long time though I've been following him via Facebook. It seems that he hasn't signed in for a long time. I'm too looking forward for the club meeting to talk seriously on BroncOS.

The funny thing about this desktop customization is that I actually had a guy at work believe that I was able to install Mac OS X on my Compaq Laptop... I had him going for a long time on it.... Thanks for the link on the global menu.... I will do that when I get home tonight.... So when's the next club meeting?

Wow! No one can say that this is actually Ubuntu not Mac. This is what I love about Linux - you can customize the way you want it. Last time you made it look like Vista and this time Mac. Now the next thing you need is a Mac like Global Menu. A detail step-wise installation instruction can be found here http://code.google.com/p/gnome2-globalmenu/wiki/InstallingonUbuntu. I'm also using the global menu and it works great!
