DVDfab in Hardy

I used DVDfab in 7.10 but then had to reformat my drive so I wasn't able to do the upgrade to hardy and had to do the full install. With this I had to completely reinstall dvdfab and now it won't take my registration key. Anyone else use DVDfab and have any issues like this?

Some software is tied to a specific registration key kind of like a watermark in an image-its embedded. Maybe this is the case. if you bought the software, I'm sure you can contact them and provide them the information when you bought it, and they will provide you with a new reg. key.

Because given such circumstances, anytime anyone loses their information they're left in the dark. Were you running it in Ubuntu?

I was in 7.10 and I tried the whole new key thin and that didn't work either. I guess I'll just have to wait until someone posts a fix for it somewhere.
